At Keyane Beauty, each item is handcrafted with care.

Press-On Nails

Due to the custom and sanitary nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or ready-to-ship press-on sets.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Nail Keychains

Custom nail keychains are made to order and are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Cuticle Oils

For hygiene reasons, cuticle oils cannot be returned once opened. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours.

Card Grabbers

Unused card grabbers may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are custom-made and non-refundable once production has begun.

Keyane Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
