Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care.


Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom Press-On Nails: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

Wholesale Orders: Processing time varies based on the quantity ordered. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before production begins.


Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and may vary depending on your location.


Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Keyane Beauty is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Keyane Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email mailto:support@keyanebeauty.shop within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
